Ingredients
1kg soft withe cheese
6 tablespon flour
4 eggs
8 tablespon sugar
1 lamon

First heat the oven to 225º
Then mix the eggs, the soft withe cheese in a bowl
After mix the sugar and the flour,pour the lemon juice
Finally pour the mixture in a round grease tin cook 45 minutes and live to cool
