Rock cakes by Adrián

                                 RECIPE

               ROCK CAKES   by Adrián Vázquez

Ingredients:240 grammes of flour,2 teaspoons of baking powder,1 teaspoon of mixed spice,120g of butter,120 grammes of sugar, 4-5 teaspoons of orage juice.

 




                                      METHOD
  
First, grease a baking tray preheat oven to 210ºC.

Next,  mix the flour, the baking powder and the mixed spice. Rub in the butter.

Later, add the sugar,the raisins, the candied peel and the oranje juice.

Then, shape the mixture into. small heaps. Put them on the baking tray.Sprinkle them with sugar. 


Finally,bake for 12 minutes. Serve after 30 minutes.

Fruit cocktail by Diego

                                   FRUIT COCKTAIL

 
             

 Ingredients



 300ml cold tea

3 cupfuls orange squash   

juice of 2 limes

1 orange

 1 lemon 

1 apple

ice cubes

300 ml lemonade

                        Method

First,pour the cold tea,lime juice and orange squash into a jug.

Next,place the jug in the fridge for one hour.

Later,cut the orange,lemon and apple in to slices.

Finaly,add the fruit to the jug of tea.Pour on lemonade and ice cubes.Your fruit cocktail is ready.

Chocolate chips cookies by Arián

                CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES by Arián Farah

Ingredients:
275g flour.
1teaspoon baking  soda.
1 teaspoon.salt
250g butter.
250g brown sugar.
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla.
300g chocolate chips. 
Method 
 First, preheat the oven to 180º. Grease, 2 or 3baking trays.
 Then, mix the flour, the baking soda and the salt.
 After, mix the butter and sugar, add the eggs and the vanilla.
 Next, add the flour mixture and the chocolate chips.
 Finally, put the mixture on the baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 .minutes.

Lemon sherbet by María

                                       Lemon sherbet

 Ingredients:                   
               1cup sugar
               salt
               1cup water
               1/2 cup cream
               1/2cup lemon juice
               2 egg whites

                    Method

First, mix 3/4 of the cup of sugar salt and water.Boil it, then simmer it for 5 minutes 
and put it in the refrigerator.

Then, add the cream, then the lemon juice. 
Put it into a plastic container. Freeze
it for 4 or 5 hours.



 Next,  beat the egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar.
 Beat the mixture.

 Later, break the frozen mixture with a fork.
  Mixin the egg whites.

 Finally put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.
