Nikola Tesla
Nikola Tesla was a Serbian. He was born on July 10th , 1856 in Smiljan ,Croatia, and he died on January 7th 1943 in New York (at the age of 86 ).His father Milutin Tesla was a Serbian priest,and his mother Duka Tesla had a talent to make home craft tools.Tesla was the fourth of five children.His only brother Dane,died in a horse accident when Tesla was five.He also had three sisters Milka, Angelica and Marica.
He moved to the USA in 1884 and began working with Thomas Edison in the electricity.They had different personalities so they couldn't work together for a long time.
He patented more than fourty inventions. One of his inventions was the radio. In 1898 he demonstrated a radio-controlled boat. In 1900 he was finally recognized as the inventor of the radio.
