Lemon sherbet by María

                                       Lemon sherbet

 Ingredients:                   

               1cup sugar

               salt

               1cup water

               1/2 cup cream

               1/2cup lemon juice

               2 egg whites

                    Method

First, mix 3/4 of the cup of sugar salt and water.Boil it, then simmer it for 5 minutes 

and put it in the refrigerator.

Then, add the cream, then the lemon juice. 

Put it into a plastic container. Freeze

it for 4 or 5 hours.

 Next,  beat the egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar.

 Beat the mixture.

 Later, break the frozen mixture with a fork.

  Mixin the egg whites.

 Finally put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.

Recipe for egg croquette. Unai Núñez

First put the butter in the frying pan, then melt it. After add the flour and fry it. Then poor the milk slowly and mix, until the dough is made. After, chop the boiled egg and add into with the egg and breadcrumbs. And finally fry them.

EASTER EGSS

INGREDIENTS:

250G MARZIPAN 125G ICING SUGAR 2 TABLESPOONS
HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS
COCKTAIL STICKS

FIRST SHAPE THE MARZIPAN INTO SIXTEEN EGGS.
THEN SIFT THE ICING SUGAR INTO A BOWL.ADD WATER MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE.
AFTER WITH THE COCKTAIL STICKS, DIP THE EGGS INTO THE ICING SUGAR .
FINALLY ROLL IN THE HUNDRED AND THOUSANDS LEAVE FOR 30 MINUTES

EASTER EGSS

Ingredients:
6 Frankfurter sausage
150g cheese
Strawberries
Olive Cocktail stick


First cut up the strawberries, sausages and cheese, cut into small pieces.
Then put the small pieces of strawberries, sausages and cheese in the cocktail sticks and add the olives.
Finally put the cocktail sticks on a plate
